What's Your Real Age?

I just took the RealAge Test. I feel pretty healthy lately. Even though I turned the unmentionable 40 last March. I don't even like to think about it, but age is only a number right? You're as young as you feel, as they say. And I feel good for my age.

RealAge.com is a consumer-health media company and provider of personalized health information and management tools. Your RealAge is the biological age of your body, based on how well you've maintained it. My RealAge Test results were actually better then I thought. My calender age is 40.6 and my Real Age is 43.9. So that is only a 3.3 year difference. It could be worse.

But I am fairly healthy. I don't smoke, I drink moderatly. And my family genetics are pretty good too. The areas where I need improvement are the diet and excersise. I should vary my diet more. I need more vitamins and minerals, either through food, or supplements. And I should eat more fruits and vegetables.

I also should excersise more. I knew when I was taking the test, that was going to be one of the main issues. I really don't get enough excersise. After taking the test, you find out your results and then it gives you suggestions on how you can improve your score. The diet and excersise suggestions I recieved were really helpful.

If you want to find out your RealAge, Take the RealAge Test! It's free! And it was easy to do, and fun too!
