Four Foods on Friday 52

It's TGIF! Here's another Four Foods on Friday. You can join in the fun by visiting Fun, Crafts and Recipes.

The questions are posted there, and to see other participants. Here are this weeks questions:

#1. Name something you use cream cheese in/on.

Have to have it on bagels!

#2. Do you use yogurt in any recipes?

Not really

#3. Macaroni salad. What do you like/put in yours?

One time I had it with artichokes in it, and it was delicious. My sister-in-law made it, but she never makes it the same way twice!

#4. Share a recipe that you use sour cream in.

Recipe my mother always made when I was growing up, and I have made too.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake:

Bake at 325 for 40 min.

1/2 cup butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping mixture:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Pour half of batter in lightly greased 9X9 pan, cover with half topping mixture, pour remaining batter over, cover with remaining topping mixture.
