The kids really loved the cute fun Turkey-shaped cookies. And they are so easy to make. Just place the cookies on your baking sheet, pop them into the oven, and within minutes you’ll have delicious home-baked treats to share.

the kids always make handprint turkeys and we save them so we have quite the collection
We love Thanksgiving at our house. We start on Nov 1st. with a huge thankful tree, each day my children write what they are thankful on a leave and place it on our tree. On Thanksgiving we take time to read each one.

My favorite part of the holidays is what I will miss this year. I don't get to see my family often so holidays are a treat. However, I'm due to have my baby around Thanksgiving, so I can't travel to them. I'm really going to miss that! (And Mom's Broccoli Cheese Rice.)

Favorite part is watching the horses and dogs enjoy their holiday feasts - horses receive a flake of alfalfa with apples and carrots covered in molasses and rolled in oats - dogs receive a marrow bone filled with dog food, covered in peanut butter and rolled in doggy bones - they love their Holiday treats!
