I have been testing out this product for about a week. It is Garcinia Cambogia.

I remember seeing this on Dr. Oz a few times, so I was excited to have the chance to try this. In my never ending quest to lose weight I wanted to test this out.
According to the bottle there are two different suggested uses. The first one is - Satiety Dosage: As a dietary supplement, you can take 1 supplement one hour before food 2 times daily. Or you can take for weight loss and take 3 capsules 1 hr before food 2 times a day.
So far I have been taking 1 a day before dinner time. And I have really noticed this helps. It seems to suppress my appetite so I do not want to eat as much. So that is good, because I am trying to go light on the dinners.
I would recommend this for you to try, and experiment your own dosage and how you would like to use it. I may also try to increase this for myself eventually.
I think if I can lose about 2-3 more pounds I will be at my "wedding dress" weight I was 20 years ago - and I will be super happy!
