{*Easy} Key Lime Pie Recipe

I was going to post this awhile ago. (notice Christmas decorations in pics) But I didn't get around to it. So posting now because my husband loves this pie & I am going to make today too, because today's his birthday. So some of the wording of this too is something I wrote a few months ago lol)

Key Lime Pie

My sister visited over the summer, and she wanted some Key Lime Pie - she got it "down south." Well apparently we don't live far enough "down south" were they really sell it. So I decided to find a recipe that I could make myself. And what I came across was this:

It is  called Nellie and Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice. And I found it at my local supermarket. Also Walmart carries it I think too. Look for it either in the juice section or they may have it in the section where the sell like mixes for cocktails.

Above is the all the ingredients you need.

1/2 cup Nellie and Joe's Famous Key West Lime Juice,
9' graham cracker crust,
3 egg yolks
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350ยบ for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream, or meringue, and garnish with lime slices.

I like mine with either whipped cream or cool whip:

It is really easy to make and really delicious! Enjoy!
