Dreamitall #review

Hi I've been testing out some products. And I want to share it with you.

It is from the company Dreamitall

picture I took of the products I received

Here is some product info for you about it

Sleep better with Dreamitall, the only herbal sleep and dreaming supplement on the market today that’s designed to naturally deepen sleep and extend the expression of your REM dream phase.

It is a natural supplement that contains the following ingredients.

Ingredients:
- Hops Flower
- Passion Flower
- Lemon Balm
- Valerian Root
- Peppermint Leaf
- Vitamin B6 and B12
- Melatonin (1.5mg)

My review:

I don't really have much problem sleeping usually. But I was still interested in trying out the Dreamitall products. I tried some of the smoke blends they have. Such as Etheno, Kinnikinnick
These are very smooth blends, and I enjoyed trying them. They also were calming and made me very relaxed after.

I then tried the Dreamitall capsules. I took 2 of the capsules at first and I did sleep great and did remember my dream. Can we say Blake Shelton?

I tried some of the Dream tea too.
The tea tasted good, after steeping for about 10 min & is made out of a blend of organic damiana, blue lotus, mugwort, passionflower and lavender. And then topped it of with 1 capsule. My new favorite show is Vampire Diaries, so I had some dreams about that. Which is cool because I totally love that show.

According to the instructions of the Dreamitall capsules, you can take 1-2 before bedtime. And then take another one in the middle of your sleep cycle, for enhanced dreaming. Individual results may vary. You can read their suggestions for improving sleep habits for better dreaming on their website.

I think I will experiment more with the right dosage of this for myself. I don't really need help in the falling asleep area, so I may not need as much as others. You can try this for yourself and let me know what you think. I will recommend this to my husband actually too, because he does have trouble falling/staying asleep.

disclosure: free products received for review, no other compensation given.
