My personal review

As you may have read on my blog before, I have been on a personal weight loss journey for about the past year. I am have lost about 20 lbs over the course of about a year to a year and 6 months. I have gained a little of that back - because it was sorta unrealistic to maintain that - but I am happy where I am now. And would like to maintain this current weight. If any of that makes sense.

So that's why I was happy to try this scale out. You can use this scale as a regular scale - such as it can just tell you straight out your weight. Or you can set it to a "weightless feature" which will just tell you whether or not you lost (or gained) weight - not an actual number. That is cool for anyone who can get discouraged by the "numbers."

It is sleek and modern looking. And also very slim - and the blue back light on the scale is very nice to read the scale too. You can also have up to 8 profiles set up on the scale - which is awesome too.

Then there is the the cool feature of the free Android/IOS app:

This will sync with the scale and keep track of your progress and results. You get on the scale, weigh yourself and then open up the app and it will sync through a bar code. You can then scan the results and it will automatically update. It can also keep track of your - besides your weight - your body fat and mass index.

It is super easy to use with only two buttons 1 to sync and the other one for functions. This is so cool and I think it is great for this techy world to be able to do this right on your phone. Once you step off the scale - you can have your results and keep track of everything right on your phone.

I would really recommend this scale to you and anyone who would love to have a cool way to sync everything on an app too! So cool!

  1. This looks great. I like that you can store all the data on the phone.

  2. Wow, I like the smartphone tracking. It's so intelligent! And it's nice to keep up with everything having all that access to the data.
I thought our Weight Watchers scale was smart! Not this smart.
