WW #120 "Field Trip"

Back in May, my daughter missed a field trip she was supposed to go on. That is because of a knee injury and her being on crutches. My husband and I felt guilty about not letting her go, but it just wasn't possible. So ever since then, we promised her we would take her to the place where she was supposed to go.

Well we did that last week. Her class was studying ocean animals, and looking in tide pools. There was also a small science museum that was cool. Here's some pictures of our "field trip."

  3. Happy WW! Looks like everyone had fun! I know what you mean about feeling bad when one falls ill on a field trip day, we've had to make up two of those before and the kids always feel bad about missing out. Hope she enjoyed it.

  4. Very cool! I can see why she couldn't navigate it with crutches, and if she went with the class-it just wouldn't have been any fun.
Now she has a GREAT family memory.

  8. I bet she had a lot more fun and learned more on your field trip than she would have with the class!
