This Saturday, 8/15, Kmart Bluelight is back! On this day you will be able to get specials on all kinds of great products. Some of these terrific specials are on everything from patio furniture, to grills and even jewelry. These will all be at Bluelight Special prices!

There will be over 40 fantastic Bluelight Specials throughout the day in Kmart stores. There will also be some great offers on kmart.com only this Saturday.

Kmart Layaway - Just in Time for the Holidays

I like Christmas, just as much as anybody, but lately I am really getting somewhat anxious over it. Mostly because of the expensive of it all. But then I heard that Kmart Layaway for the Holidays is available!

This is great news just in time for my Christmas shopping. Now all I have to do is go to Kmart and select the items I want to buy. Such as the Nintendo DS my son wants for Christmas. Then I take it to the Layaway counter at Kmart and make a down payment on my Nintendo DS. Then all I have to do is make payments on it every two weeks at my Kmart store. And once the Nintendo DS is paid for I can bring it home and wrap it up for my son. Just in time for the holidays!

Also before I start the layaway process I will read the Kmart layaway fast facts which state that a layaway contract is 8 weeks. And that the service fee for all layaway contracts is $5.00. There is also a $10.00 fee for any layaway cancellations. These fees or a 10% down payment (which ever is greater) is collected when you start the layaway process.

As long as my payments are on time I will be able to take home my Nintendo DS and I won't have to be so anxious about anymore. Instead I can start looking forward to the holidays!

Mr. Bluelight is back! When I think of Mr. Bluelight the first thing that popped into my mind wan an old Johnny Carson skit. Where Johnny would grab the mic and say "Attention Kmart shoppers there's a special in aisle 4." That was so funny! I loved Johnny Carson. And Mr. Bluelight brings back memories for me.

Great news! And just in time for the holidays. Now there is Kmart Lay-Away! You may have seen the commercials already. The thing you may not know it that Kmart is the only national discount department store offering lay-away.

With the economy the way it is, this is a great service that Kmart is making available. Lay-away allows shoppers to make payments over an 8 week period of time. That way if you want the big ticket items you don't have to worry about coming up with the cash all at once. Also you will not have to tie up your credit card, and pay interest on your credit cards.

I know my kids already have lots of ideas about what they want for Christmas. I was looking on the Kmart website, where you can also enter your zip code to see the Kmarts in your area. There are a few not too far from me. My son really wants a Nintendo DS for Christmas.
