Brightstorm Education Site
Brightstorm is an education site that has online courses for students. Students can take everything from geometry, algebra and even SAT preparation courses. Wow that's totally cool! I wish they had this when I was going to school. I could have really used help in algebra and even on my SAT's!
My son is in 7th grade now and it won't be long when he will be taking some of these courses. It would really be great to get some help especially with the SAT's. I didn't take any extra courses for that and I pretty much bombed them. I would really love my kids to do well on them, since they are an important prerequisite to getting into college.
The courses really have educational effectiveness and are also a great value. You can Sign up for a free brightstorm acocunt, which gives you access to a free episode in every course. The courses are also taught in a fun but professional way. So students will learn the content but will have fun doing it too! If you would like more information on how you or the students you know can benefit from this then check out their website!

Meet My Friends Monday #1
Toni has started a new meme called "Meet My Friends." It is basically a way of sharing with others some of your favorite blogs. On Mondays you can highlight a favorite blog of yours anyway you want to. Visit Toni's blog to join & find more information.
That being said the blog I would like to highlight this week is by my friend Robin. Robin's blog is called Healthy Living. Her blog focuses on losing weight and health tips. She also is a Herbalife Distributor and sells products to lose weight the healthy way.
Robin is also a great supporter of my blog. I "met" her almost a year ago (which is hard to believe) through "Mybloglog." And we have been friends ever since. We have supported each other through our blogs, and through tips on the stuff that goes with blogging. Like generating traffic, widgets, Entrecard, etc.
So if you get a chance visit her blog. Leave her a comment, she'll more than likely return one to you. She is one of the nicest people I've "met" in the blogsphere!
