New Sheets From CSN Stores

Don't you just love that clean sheet feeling? When you wash your sheets and put them on your bed. There is nothing better then that.

Well then how about brand new sheets? That's like a double whammy. That clean sheet felling along with crisp new sheets!

That's exactly what has happened to me. I received some new sheets from CSN Stores. When I was asked to do another review for them. I immediately thought of getting some sheets for my bed. I can not remember the last time I bought some. So I was very excited to pick some new ones out.

I decided on these Laura Ashley - Emilie Sheet Set - King. Here they are pictured below. (not my actual bed - I will spare you that)

But these sheets are so beautiful & so nice. I tried them out last night for the first time. I couldn't wait to go to bed so I could sleep on my new sheets. I felt like a kid on Christmas Eve. These sheets are great -  I'm so happy! And I was happy (as usual) with CSN Stores service - especially the fast shipping!

Dining Room Memories

Whenever we go to my mother's house, we always eat in her dining room.  The kids really love it. Probably since we don't have one.

It also brings back a lot of memories for me, from my childhood. Growing up we always had Christmas breakfast, birthday dinners and any other special occasion in my Mom's dining room.

Maybe someday I will be able to have a dining room of my own. That would be cool, then I could start some memories in my own house. What do you think? Do you like this dining room set?

CSN Store Review & Camping

Hi, all. You may have noticed I've been absent for about a week. I went camping at one of my favorite camping places.

Before I left I also had the opportunity to make some purchases at CSN Stores. With so many products to choose from I had a hard time deciding. After browsing for awhile I thought it would be a great idea to get some things I could use on my camping trip.

One thing I knew we could use was a new canopy. So I picked out the Atlantic Outdoor 8' x 8' Canopy.  Here are my kids displaying it! This kind of canopy really comes in handy for camping. It's great for some shade, or even to get out of the rain. We love our new canopy!

Another thing I wanted was a new beach bag. The one I picked out was the Picnic Time Activo Cooler Picnic Tote.  I used this throughout my whole camping trip. It really came in handy and I totally love it! I will definately be getting some more use out of it this summer. It is great for storing snacks and drinks. I even could put my camera in a side pocket. I even fit two books in a pocket too. I love this tote bag! Here's one shot of it I took at the beach on my camping trip.

CSN Store Review

Remember recently I said I was going to do a reivew for CSN Stores? Well I received the products last Friday! And if you have been eargley awaiting my review then wait no more.

When I was asked to pick out a kitchen product from CSN Stores, I had an idea of what I wanted. Then I asked my husband what he would want. And we pretty much had the same idea.

So we got some frying pans! You see my husband really likes to cook and was excited to get these   Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 10" and 12" Omelet Combo Set.

My take on Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 10" and 12" Omelet Combo Set:

These pans are awesome! My husband and I have been cooking everything in them. From eggs, to grilled cheese sandwiches (my husband pictured below cooking a grilled cheese) to hamburgers.

Everything has been coming out great in the pans. They are non-stick so you barely need to add oil or anything, which is more healthy. And everything slides right out of them. And what my husband and I also noticed is how easy they are to clean. Just rinse and wipe and they are clean! So easy! We are really loving our new frying pans from CSN Stores!

CSN Stores Tetherball Set Review

As promised, I will review the Tetherball Set that I received from CSN Stores. Sorry for the delay in this review. But there were a couple of things that delayed it. I received the Park & Sun Tetherball Set from CSN Stores on December 1st, but my husband was out of town and I wanted him to set it up. The other thing that has delayed it is the weather, we have had quite a bit of snow here along with very cold temperatures.

But when I was contacted by Jason from CSN Stores to do a review on one of their products, despite the fact that Winter was coming, I choose the Tetherball Set. I looked on the website and saw a lot of fun yard games along with some really cool swing sets. But I was immediately drawn to the Tetherball Set. Mostly because it brought back memories of playing when I was young. I remember playing with my sister at the day camp we used to go to. I remember it was always a lot of fun to play.

Then the funny thing was my son was looking over the CSN website and without me even telling him I was thinking about getting the Tetherball set, he chose the Tetherball Set too. He played it a few times at a park near our house a few years ago, but they don't have it there anymore. So it was decided that we would get the Tetherball set.

Because the kids were really anxious to try it out, my husband "temporarily" set it up last Saturday. The kids really had fun playing it. Here's some pictures of them trying it out:



My husband was getting in to it to. He said he never recalls ever playing it. He wanted me to explain to him how to play. It is the easiest game: basically one person hits the ball one way, the other person hits it the other way. And whoever gets it all the way around the pole first wins.

This is a great game for the whole family. I can't wait until the warmer weather when we will really be able to get the full fun effects from this game. If you live were it is warm out now, I would really recommend this Tetherball Set. For us I think it will be a lot more fun after Winter is over (at least for me - I'm not a cold person!) One thing I noticed is my kids and my husband too for that matter are very competitive people. So they are really going to be playing this competitively. It is going to be a lot of fun to play against each other and have fun with this and of course they play to win!
