Vape Changes and Trends Look Great for 2016

Bold new vaping worlds convey vivid proof of an old cliché, “The more things change, the more they stay the same.” Below is an overview of vaping trends that portends big changes with vital import for very concerned parties on both ends of the same fence.

New Vaping Trends: Who, Why and When

Vape Trio Age-Group

Young Millennials dubbed ‘Gen X’ herein are within lowest age group of 18 to 35 but comprise highest vaping market share of 60 percent. Gen Y vapers from 36 to 49 years old currently hold 30 percent of vaping markets. Last yet not least, Boomers aged 50 plus are just 10 percent of all vapers but have made fastest gain in recent years. Taken in toto, older Gen Y and Boomer e-cig consumers lag only 10 percent behind youthful Gen X descendants in vaping market competition.

Far more stunning revelation is just 10 percent of all Gen Xs vape up 60 percent total market share but their Boomer elders are exactly opposed with 60 percent who vape in a market where latter grands spend just 10 percent. Gen Ys are also in peculiar dead-even position with 30 percent who vape and 30 percent of e-cig consumers.

While this may seem strange at first blush, it’s not wise to rush judgment. So please proceed by giving close read to further detail regarding pertinent facts that seem to tell the true tale.

Youngest vs. Oldest Vaping Group Opposition

Gen X survey respondents stated main reason for vaping as ‘cool, fun or hip.’ Gen Ys indicated second-hand smoke inhalation by others. Boomers’ primary motivation was decades of futile efforts to quit smoking.

Moms still know best vaper practice is socially responsible vs. indulging momentary fads with no true value commitment that leaves markets high and dry in a hot minute. Likewise, grands are wise, patient souls who use e-cigs to improve health after decades of faithful damage via loyally patronized then sole tobacco nicotine vendors.

Above observations leave no ifs, ands or BUTTs to imagination of why today or what lies in store for tomorrow’s vaping markets. In fact, one source projects Gen X vaping will soon drop 10 percent as Gen Y and Boomer vaping kicks up an extra 10 percent. This solves all mysteries about future expectations for quality assurance, reliability and cost efficiency.

New E-Cig MODs Economic Model

Vape News Magazine’s Tim Klerekoper, Ph.D., offers valuable insight via prototype depictions e-cig producer and consumer positions. Omnipresent high-tech has led consumers to become “assumers” that latest is greatest. Manufacturers exploit this IT bias by letting customers pay for the ‘privilege’ of being guinea pigs who test ‘new and improved’ products that last an average six months between full inventory changes.

This leaves no lead time for legitimate testing by experts in controlled settings, so new e-cig models just got thrown out there to fall where random chance seems to land with best chance that sticks with original plan. To support that view, Klerekoper cites e-cig product repair rates that range from .05 to 40 percent!

This applies especially to new e-cig mods introduced within just a few months of initial development with no standardized quality assurance specs. With much applause for such a ‘great concept,’ Klerekoper warned MOD manufacturers that advertise ‘limited’ or ‘controlled’ temperature regulation to make certain that measurements are accurate. He then noted algorithmic function limitation equated to more like “temperature guessing.”

To minimize risk, MOD buyers are advised to stick with brands that integrate on-board safety features and full UL testing before shipment from the manufacturer’s facility. Additional non-options are thermal monitoring, multi-backup safety systems and reverse battery protection. Finally, Dr. Klerekoper suggests paying a little more upfront for high-quality e-cig mods can yield multiple long-term savings.

Conclusions Offer Consumers Ideal Vaping Market Solutions

Father Time has taught a well-taken lesson that buyers always have greater leverage than sellers. This applies regardless of developmental stage, economic conditions or historical age. Despite relative novelty of e-cigarettes, persistent demand for better product safety and consistent quality is guaranteed to lead to both ends materializing.

Martin Chitwood - The Influence of the English Common Law #Review

Today I am reviewing the book The Influence of the English Common Law on the Law of Commonwealth West Africa, by Martin Chitwood.

About the book:

"This treatise is a study of revolutionary law reform. It examines the manner and extent to which the English common law has augmented and supplanted the indigenous legal system of commonwealth West Africa." (Chapter I Introduction)

My Thoughts on book:

This is a very interesting book. I was not familiar with the subject matter before this. But I found this very informative. I do not usually read history or law books but was fascinated by The Influence of the English Common Law.

If you are interested in finding out more information on this subject, then I would really recommend this book to you. It is very well written and an excellent resource for those that would like to learn more about this subject.

About The Author: Martin Chitwood, Partner at Chitwood Harley Harnes LLP, has served as lead or co-lead counsel in more than 40 class actions nationwide and has been instrumental in recovering billions of dollars for investors and other class members. He is considered the plaintiffs’ lawyer in the state of Georgia. He has also been recognized as a Georgia “Super Lawyer” by Law and Politics each year since the inception of the award.

Sweet Seduction Blog Tour March Harlequin Series & #giveaway

Hey guys have another blog tour for you. Three books this week for you to check out with giveaways too! The first book is Sweet Seduction:

Here is description of author's work space:

With tons of windows, I love how bright and sunny my office space is. The windows also function as a bulletin board and a place to write encouraging messages to myself so that every time I look up, I’m inspired. From my office, I look out onto a lovely green space where deer wander by on a daily basis. I’ve got my sitting desk straight ahead, and to the right is my standing desk. The room has lots of bookshelves and I use my white board for plotting. Another essential piece of furniture is my red chaise lounge. This is a great place for me to read, to daydream, to work and occasionally to nap (don’t tell!). I also keep workout equipment in my office, mostly for decorative purposes and as toys for my pets . Behind my chair are cross-country ski poles because when I need a break in the winter, I go skiing right out my back door. Ahh! Love my space!

Discover Side by Side UTVs

Take Your Side by Side to the Next Level

If your partner is like mine, he loves all things automotive. That includes four wheelers, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. Look out if he's discovered the world of side by sides. These UTVs are a blast. I can ride shotgun and go out on an adventure with him. Best of all, I don't have to hang on for my life sitting behind him like I would on a four wheeler or a motorcycle. A side by side has a seat belt, a seat of my own, and we're surrounded by a cage. I feel secure, almost like I'm driving in a car, but I know we can take on challenging conditions for a thrilling ride. I'm working on him to get a larger model with a backseat so we can take the kids. Until then, I'm thinking about ways to rev up his machine with a little help from Side by Side Stuff.

A Company Devoted to Side by Sides

When it comes to finding parts and accessories for a side by side, Side by Side Stuff has everything my partner could want to take it up a notch. Whether you own a Polaris, a Yamaha, a Honda, a John Deere, or any other type of machine, Side by Side Stuff has something that will work for you. I found that the biggest challenge was deciding where to begin.

Make Your Machine More Aggressive

I thought it would be fun to be adventurous and try some really tough trails that involved rock climbing and steep inclines. With help from customer service, I was pointed in the right direction for aggressive tires that could handle the terrain. The representative recommended a winch as well, a lifesaver when you are out on the trails and you get stuck. You can hook the cable to a tree or another machine in order to pull yourself out. It also makes it possible for you to save the day when someone else is in trouble. Skid plates are another good idea if you need added protection beneath your machine. You can consider doors, a roof, and a windshield for protection from the elements. Most importantly, you want to keep everyone inside the vehicle when you are handling a rough patch on the trails. You can shop online now to find the accessories you need to put your personal stamp on your UTV.

#BlogTour and #Giveaway book: BEAUTY, BEAST, AND BELLADONNA by Maia Chance

Hi guys the newest book on the blog tour is: BEAUTY, BEAST, AND BELLADONNA by Maia Chance

Here is an excerpt from the book:

Beware of allowing yourself to be prejudiced by appearances.  –Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, “Beauty and the Beast” (1756)

The day had arrived.  Miss Ophelia Flax’s last day in Paris, her last day in Artemis Stunt’s gilt-edged apartment choked with woody perfumes and cigarette haze.  Ophelia had chosen December 12th, 1867, at eleven o’clock in the morning as the precise time she would make a clean breast of it.  And now it was half past ten.
Ophelia swept aside brocade curtains and shoved a window open.  Rain spattered her face.  She leaned out and squinted up the street.  Boulevard Saint-Michel was a valley of stone buildings with iron balconies and steep slate roofs.  Beyond carriages and bobbling umbrellas, a horse-drawn omnibus splashed closer.
“Time to go,” she said, and latched the window shut.  She turned.  “Good-bye, Henrietta.  You will write to me—telegraph me, even—if Prue changes her mind about the convent?”
“Of course, darling.”  Henrietta Bright sat at the vanity table, still in her frothy dressing gown.  “But where shall I send a letter?”  She shrugged a half-bare shoulder in the looking glass.  Reassuring herself, no doubt, that at forty-odd years of age she was still just as dazzling as the New York theater critics used to say.
“I’ll let the clerk at Howard DeLuxe’s Varieties know my forwarding address,” Ophelia said.  “Once I have one.”  She pulled on cheap gloves with twice-darned fingertips.
“What will you do in New England?” Henrietta asked.  “Besides getting buried under snowdrifts and puritans?  I’ve been to Boston.  The entire city is like a mortuary.  No drinking on Sundays, either.”  She sipped her glass of poison-green cordial.  “Although, all that knuckle-rapping does make the gentlemen more generous with actresses like us when they get the chance.”
“Actresses like us?”  Ophelia went to her carpetbag, packed and ready on the opulent bed that might’ve suited the Princess on the Pea.  Ladies born and raised on New Hampshire farmsteads did not sleep in such beds.  Not without prickles of guilt, at least.  “I’m no longer an actress, Henrietta.  Neither are you.”  And they were never the same kind of actress.  Or so Ophelia fervently wished to believe.
“No?  Then what precisely do you call tricking the Count Griffe into believing you are a wealthy soap heiress from Cleveland, Ohio?  Sunday school lessons?”
“I had to do it.”  Ophelia dug in her carpetbag and pulled out a bonnet with crusty patches of glue where ribbon flowers once had been.

Sweet Sixteen

My daughter turned 16 Sunday. here's some pics took of her. I bought her this dress at Old Navy.
