Switch To Store Brand Formula

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Hey there guys! I would like to share some important information with you guys, that  I found out. It's about baby formula. I learned that it is OK to switch to generic formula .

The information I found was very interesting. One thing is that all infant formulas are subject to the same standards by the FDA. So store brand formula has the same nutrients required for the growth of healthy babies as those expensive kinds, such as Enfamil and Similac. And you can save up to 50% with store brands. That equals up to $600 a year per baby!

I wish I had know all this when my kids were still on formula. I remember feeling somewhat pressured into buying the expensive brands when they were little. The pediatrician always seemed to recommended Similac. But if I had known that the store brands (that you can find at stores like Walmart, Sams Club, etc.) were nutritionally equivalent and had the same benefits, I would have bought those. And not felt guilty about it.

I was also reading an article - located here: MoneyWatch

It talks about the recent recall with Similac. I mean bug larvae from beetles in the formula! That is scary. And it reminds you that buying the pricey brands doesn't guarantee safety or quality. Please read the above mentioned for much more valuable information!

But what I learned is that it is OK to make the switch to store brand formulas! Who doesn't want to save money these days - right?
